How long does it usually take to complete my framing order?

Our standard turnaround time is two weeks. However, certain projects may take a bit longer to ensure the highest quality. If you require expedited service, we can often accommodate rush requests, provided we receive all necessary materials promptly to meet your desired deadline.

Where are you located?

We are located at 19 E Main St in Salem, in the same block as the Farmer’s Market, right in between Mill Mountain Coffee and Olde Salem Brewing Co.

Can you just cut mats, or do you only handle a full custom framing order?

We handle every detail of custom framing—whether you need a mat precisely cut for your existing frame, a piece of glass or backing, or even a new wire installed on an old frame. Whatever your project requires, we are dedicated to providing the assistance and craftsmanship you deserve.

What kind of frames do you sell?

At this time, we exclusively offer custom-made frames tailored to your needs. Our selection includes high-quality wood and metal frames available in a wide variety of styles and colors. We provide traditional frames, floater frames ideal for canvases, and deeper frames designed specifically for shadowboxes.

Do you offer conservation framing?

Absolutely! All of our mats and backing materials are acid-free, and we offer conservation-grade glass by TruVue, including Conservation Clear, Conservation Reflection-Control, and Museum options. This ensures your treasured documents and mementos are preserved safely and will stand the test of time.

Do you provide free quotes?

We understand that custom picture framing can be an investment, but it is one that adds lasting value and protection to your treasured pieces. To help you plan accordingly, we provide free detailed quotes upfront, so you know the total cost from the start. We’re also here to explain the components that contribute to the price, ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
